Overview

The Placement Cell of Nelliandavar Institute of Technology brings about synergy between students and mentors who have exposure and access to various industrial sectors. The cell is involved in continuous interactions with students, helping to identify ground-level challenges and provide tailored guidance to enhance their career prospects.

It prioritizes training students for placement processes, including interview techniques, aptitude, and self-presentation. All pre-final year students undergo this training.

We ensure that every student is prepared according to industry standards before campus interviews and receives proper career counseling. Maximum interview exposure is provided until the student gets placed. We aim to bridge the gap between industry expectations and professional readiness.
