The Human Resource Development Centre has been established to contribute directly to the growth of the students. The HRDC will act as an interface between the industry and the students, and will primarily enable the students to select their career options. We shall facilitate the selection process of all the companies as per their requirement. Right from its inception, it is continuously focused on the uplift of human resource under the mentioned wide areas like Industry Institution Interaction Career Development Entrepreneurship Development.

OBJECTIVES AND GOALS

• To prepare students for campus recruitment drives by giving Internal training in various topics like Aptitude, Verbal Ability, Reasoning, Group discussions and Resume Preparation.
• Aiming to place the maximum number of students through on campus & Off-campus Drives.
• To act as an Interface between Industries and Institute.
• Arranging guest lecturers of Eminent Personalities from Industry for career counseling.
• To make MOUs with reputed organizations towards Training and Placement activities.
• Visiting the Companies periodically to meet the HR’s for inviting them for campus recruitment drives.
• To motivate students aspiring for higher studies and guiding them to take competitive exams
• To motivate the students who aspire to become Entrepreneur.
